  1. 01What you are agreeing to

    These terms cover codehero.co and my.codehero.co, both operated by CodeHero. Using either one means accepting what is written here. If you disagree with any of it, the remedy is to close the tab, since there is nothing here to cancel.

  2. 02The site is not a product

    There is no account, no subscription and nothing to pay for on this site. Everything published here is marketing material and general engineering opinion. None of it is advice about your specific system, and no page here should be treated as a technical assessment of anything.

  3. 03Sending a form commits nobody

    A request through the contact form or the questionnaire is an enquiry. It does not create a contract, does not reserve capacity and does not oblige us to take the work on. Any actual engagement runs on a separate written agreement signed by both sides, and where that agreement and this page disagree, the agreement wins.

  4. 04The code examples

    Each page under codehero.co/convert shows the same short routine written by hand in two languages. They are illustrations, not a service: there is nothing to submit and nothing is generated for you. Check anything you copy from them before it goes near production.

  5. 05What you send us

    The contact form and the questionnaire at my.codehero.co are the only places on this site that take input from you. Send only what you are allowed to disclose, and no credentials. You keep ownership of whatever you send.

  6. 06Acceptable use

    Do not attack the site or scrape it at a rate that degrades it for other people. Do not use anything here to break the law or someone else's licence terms.

  7. 07Our material

    The text, diagrams, code examples and page code belong to CodeHero. Quote us with a link and no permission is needed. Republishing pages wholesale, or passing our material off as your own, is not covered by that.

  8. 08Availability

    This is a website, not a service with an uptime commitment. It can be down for maintenance, for a deployment, or because something broke. No page here carries an SLA.

  9. 09Liability

    To the extent the law allows, CodeHero is not liable for losses arising from use of this site, including lost profit or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited, such as liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

  10. 10Law and jurisdiction

    The governing law and the venue for disputes are set out in the written agreement we sign for any actual work. Nothing on this page overrides that agreement or replaces it.

  11. 11Changes

    These terms change when the site does, and the date at the top says when that last happened. Continuing to use the site after a change means the new version applies.
